Typically, a High Street shop, such as a Florist, Newsagents, Phone Shop, Vape/E-cig shops on average have less than 30 items of equipment to test. This would fall under our Minimum Charge of up to 30 items tested & inspected.
Hairdressers, Day Spas, Fitness Suits & Gyms and Small Offices on average have around 60 to 70 items of equipment. This would be our Minimum Charge of upto 30 items plus a per item rate thereafter.
Workshops such as Garages, Fabrication, Machine shops' equipment can vary signifyingly as some come with large offices. Time spent in workshops slows the testing procedure as the length of flex increases and commando plugs/sockets take time inspecting. Depending on your preference we can charge a Day Rate or the Standard per item rate + Minimum Charge.
Large businesses such as Manufacturers, Office Suites, Importers, Exporters, Docks, Campsites etc typically 3000+ items would benefit a Day Rate however per item rate + Minimum Charge can be negotiated.
Housing Associations would be agreed on a per property, dwelling, flat, rate as several sites can be done in one day. Similar with HMO's and Letting Agents/Landlords.
